The Sony SBAC-US20 SxS PRO memory card reader/writer works on both Windows-based PCs and Macintosh computers via a USB 3.0 interface for high-speed transfer of audio-visual material. The reader is also compatible with a USB 2.0 interface. This compact and portable device comes in handy in many situations on location, for desktop browsing and fully-fledged editing.
The SBAC-US20 is recognized by PCs as a "Mass Storage Class", no special driver installation is required except for the SxS UDF driver needed to recognize UDF formatted memory cards. The SBAC-US20 is powered by USB bus, so no AC adapter is required.
