The Proton Rain measures only slightly bigger than the flagship Proton Cam, measuring 30mm x 30mm, it incorporates a heavy-duty casing, allowing the camera to be used in riskier conditions.
The IP67 camera is weather-proof and is suitable for outdoor environments under severe rain or dust without the fear of compromised image quality or risk to the camera itself. This makes it ideal for sporting applications such as off-road motor sports, extreme sports, and contact sports, or any application in which there is a need for exceptional image capture in challenging conditions.
The camera maintains an interchangeable micro lens. Its small size and light weight allow for unusual and creative angles to be used, while its rugged build allows for immersive, close-to-the-action approaches to video capture.
