Creators who have already used the previous version and those who have never experienced the 6C will be able to benefit from the PavoTube II 6XR’s expanded CCT range of 2700-12,000K, +/-150 G/M adjustment, PD 3.0 fast charging, onboard, DMX, CRMX, or app control with NFC technology, and other features. The light runs on its built-in USB-C rechargeable battery, AC power, or optional power banks, able to fit or be taken almost anywhere. This version includes eight LED tube lights to cover any scenario. Use the sturdy, protective IP67 charging case to store and take your items wherever you need them fully charged.

What Was Good Got Better

The PavoTube II 6XR is the latest generation of Nanlite’s popular 10″ PavoTube II 6C LED tube light. These new PavoTubes have been refined based on feedback from creators around the globe, with features including DMX/RDM and CRMX compatibility and enhanced app control. Here, the 6XR version also brings a wide range of warm-to-cool white light, 36,000 RGB colours, and animated pixel effects in addition to standard ones. Nanlite has thought of several ways to improve the settings of its previous light to create the 6XR while maintaining the familiarity and favorite features of the 6C.

The 6XR is easy to take on location or use in the studio. Even though it is small, it is bright enough to be used during small interview setups, as a tabletop light, or to add a little wash on a background.

Wider CCT Range & Pixel Effects

The PavoTube II 6XR features 0 to 100% dimming and generous colour temperature from 2700 to 12,000K with +/-150 green/magenta shift. The CCT range and the G/M are both above the characteristics of the 6C. The CCT level far exceeds the 2700 to 7500K range of the previous PavoTube II 6C model. In addition, the PavoTube II 6XR comes with multiple lighting effects to conveniently help you achieve different creative looks. It includes both classic lighting presets and pixel-based effects. All the effects are customizable and can be saved as presets using the Nanlink app.

High-Quality RGB Lighting

The PavoTube II 6XR allows a myriad of colour combinations to let you express your creativity. Experiment with up to 36,000 RGB colours, multiple effects, CCT and HSI lighting modes, and 230 LEE and ROSCO gel presets. The 6XR provides flattering, accurate light with an average CRI of 96, TLCI of 97, and SSI ratings of 83 at 3200K and 73 at 5600K. These numbers ensure optimized skin tones and accurate colour rendition. When set at 5600K, the 6XR tube delivers a brightness of 139 lux at a distance of 3.3′.

NFC, Intuitive Control Methods & DMX Capability

Easily control the tube’s functions via onboard controls, DMX/RDM using an optional USB-C to DMX adapter cable, or wirelessly using the free Nanlink Bluetooth app. The PavoTube II 6XR has an easy-to-use screen with local controls for intuitive adjustments of the lighting settings. Go from cool to warmer tones, choose from multiple RGB colours, and find the right level of illumination you need.
