The Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd-Gen is a 2×2 USB audio interface offers high-performance hardware and a creative software bundle.
Featuring 2 improved microphone preamps with switchable phantom power and selectable Air circuits.
Focusrite Scarlett’s two XLR-1/4″ combo inputs can accept unbalanced instrument level from guitars, synthesizers and drums, or balanced line level from an audio mixer.
The 24-bit / 192 kHz converters ensure that signals are captured and reproduced with detail and clarity.
It has a front-panel 1/4″ jack for headphones and you connect active speakers to the rear-panel balanced 1/4″ monitor outputs.
Since the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 is powered via USB, you can take it anywhere your Mac or Windows computer can go.
An extensive software bundle includes music production software, virtual instruments, plug-in effects, loops, and more.
