Congratulations Kate Rees: Celebrating 10 Years at Pro AV Solutions

This month, we’re celebrating Kate Rees’ tenth year as a member of our Pro AV Solutions team.

Over the past decade, many of you have had the pleasure of working with Kate in our Professional Video Department, whether in our Adelaide showroom, remotely via phone or email, or at trade nights and awards dinners.

Kate has developed an impressive wealth of knowledge around all things Pro Video, Audio and Lighting, as well as all of the unusual accessories that fit together and make productions work seamlessly.

Not only does Kate thrive in providing fantastic customer service in our retail showroom, until recently, she’s also been responsible for all of our procurement, meaning that every order that came through the door went across her desk. Kate not only sourced all stock and ensured it reached customers as quickly as possible, but would often identify improved technical solutions for the job.

Kate is also a fantastic problem solver, and if there are ever shipping delays or a particular item is out of stock, she will go out of her way to identify alternative solutions. If small connecting items like a cable or battery are inadvertently missed, Kate is often the one to identify this and liaise with you to make sure your equipment package is complete.
