Complementing the 7D Mark II’s still imaging assets, support for recording full HD 1080p video is available, in multiple frame rates up to 60 fps. Beyond saving to internal memory cards, uncompressed video can also be recorded to optional external recorders via an HDMI connection. Custom Movie Servo AF, which is aided by the Dual Pixel CMOS AF system, serves to highlight movie recording abilities by enabling controllable speed and sensitivity settings for continuous focusing with moving subjects.
High-speed continuous shooting at up to 10 frames per second at a full 20.2-megapixel resolution so you never miss a moment.
A 65-point all cross-type autofocus system ensures you capture the action in sharp detail. In both live view & movie mode, Canon’s unique Dual Pixel CMOS AF delivers fast, smooth & accurate focus tracking.
DIG!C 6 is Canon’s fastest image processor to date and the EOS 7D II takes this to the next level incorporating Dual DIG!C 6 processors which deliver enhanced image processing capabilities and a faster readout from the sensor.
Shoot all the action in Full HD in a range of codecs and frame rates, including 60p. The Canon EOS 7D Mk II also supports uncompressed HDMI external recording including audio.
The included Canon W-E1 Wi-Fi adapter uses the SD card slot to add wireless image transfer and remote camera control to your creative arsenal. Instantly share DSLR quality images with your friends, family and favourite social media platforms.
