The 7″ Shogun HDR Classic Cinema Monitor-Recorder-Switcher, one of the latest workhorses in the Atomos line of Shogun onboard camera video monitor-recorders, provides monitoring, recording, and switching in a single, compact tool. The ultra-bright 3000 cd/m² display can input up to DCI/UHD 4K60 video and features HDMI and SDI input and output, so it’s perfect for cinema capture, live events, and broadcast productions.

- Switching is completely asynchronous, eliminating the need for expensive locked sources and allowing the use of more affordable cameras
HDR I/O and Colour Management
- Deliver content via live HDMI out, in real time, from any HDR camera to a compatible HDR TV or monitor
- Monitor every pixel of SDR or HDR as it’s captured and view it in 10-bit HDR
- Add the monitor to a high-end ARRI, RED, or Sony VENICE, and you’ll get accurate HDR monitoring and all the tools you need to get your job done
Recording
- Use with your DSLR or mirrorless camera via HDMI to record up to 4K60 Apple ProRes and AVID DNx codecs for easy editing and archival quality
- Record up to four 1080p60 streams simultaneously as separate ISOs while cueing and switching in real time with a simple touch of the screen
