Astera Hyperion FP3 LED Tube (200cm)

With a wide 180° beam spread, the Astera Hyperion FP3 LED Tube measures 200cm and is ideal for creating a soft direct light on your subject, for use as an accent light, or as a design element on location or in the studio. Suitable for cine, theatrical, and event productions, the wireless tube is powered by an integrated li-ion battery that provides an hour and 45 minutes of runtime at full power on a three-hour charge. The light features 32 LED emitters in a tube you can mount into a set, on a stand, or hang from a grid. You can even hold it in your bare hand. The Hyperion has impressive CRI/TLCI ratings of 96/96 indicating high accuracy in the rendition of color. It features RGB, mint, and amber LEDs plus hue, saturation, and intensity control to access literally millions of custom colors.

Color and control are at the heart of the Hyperion’s design. The tube has an expansive white-light color temperature range of 1750 to 20,000K to seamlessly blend into any ambient light situation, or just to exercise creative expression. You can make adjustments locally on the fixture or from a console with wired, wireless DMX, CRMX, and other types of units from distances up to 980′. The AsteraApp lets you control the light via Bluetooth, and IR control is available via an optional remote.

The Hyperion ships without a power supply but runs on its built-in, rechargeable LG battery. An AC adapter/charger or a PowerBox are available for separate purchase.

Built-In Battery

Hyperion has a powerful built-in battery with seamless runtime technology. It can be set to a specific length of time to ensure that your lights won’t run out of battery power while still producing the maximum brightness. When displaying white light at maximum brightness, the light runs for one hour and 45 minutes.

Detect all available lights, set them up, check their status, configure DMX addresses and profiles

Anti-Theft

When enabled, the integrated theft alarm gives a visual and audible alarm if lights are being moved. The AsteraApp also shows the alarm.

Emergency Light

With this innovative feature, the fixture doubles as a battery-powered emergency light. When activated, it can detect power loss and instantly switch to bright white light to illuminate an area.
