For large meetings with multiple presentations, the AirMedia Series 3 Kit has the capability of presenting up to four sources simultaneously with the AirMedia Canvas feature that automatically configures the best possible layout based on the number of active presenters.
The system includes an AirMedia Series 3 Receiver (AM-3100-WF-I) and an AirMedia Connect Adaptor (AM-TX3-100-I) producing a complete conference room setup suitable for any meeting space needing wireless display sharing.
AirMedia’s enahanced onscreen experience means, when no source is connect, the AirMedia Kit will display a customizable welcome screen with simple instructions for connecting and presenting, resulting in a seamless and easy set up for each meeting. Integreation with Microsoft Exchange Server, Google Calender or Crestron Fusion room scheduling software allows the meeting space’s availability and meeting details to appear on screen. Throughout the meeting, the display will notify the attendees of the time left in the meeting and when the next scheduled event is due.
